

Annual Report
Objective: For the annual report project, the aim was to create a design that communicated the organization’s mission, values, successes, and plans for the future in a concise, visually appealing, and compelling way.
Process: The process of creating the report began with conducting research. The research phase included interviews of current and past donors as well as researching recent trends in non-profit industry. This was followed by the design phase using Abode InDesign, which involved creating a layout and structure for the report that was easy to read and digestible. In addition, the color palette and font choices were carefully chosen to represent the organization’s values and goals. Finally, the content was crafted with care and precision. The team worked with the organization’s staff and clients to ensure their voices were heard and their stories were included in the final product.
Results: The final product was a comprehensive and beautiful annual report that the organization can proudly share with its stakeholders. The report communicates the organization’s mission, successes, and fundraising goals in an effective and exciting way. The branding is consistent and professional, and the visuals are visually appealing and eye-catching. The report is already having a positive impact on the organization’s fundraising efforts, as donors are now more likely to support the organization’s mission. In addition, the report has helped create more awareness of the organization and resulted in more volunteer sign-ups.
